CLIVIO started as manufacturers of CORE DRILLS and GROUTING PUMPS in 1948 and is still one of the main Italian specialized manufacturers. The late air/water driven grouting pumps and the sturdy mechanical driven Grouting Pumps, as well as the hystorical and romantic hand operated Core Drills, were then drilling and grouting on all the most important and difficult water dams works all over Italy and in some European countries. The experience acquired in so many years as specialised manufacturers, gives us the opportunity to manufacture very reliable and up to date machines even tough maintaining the CLIVIO peculiarity of simple engineering together with a though construction for maximum efficiency easy operations and low maintenance.

This is appreciated by operating specialists on working sites. Our manufacturing programme of grouting horizontal double acting plunging pistons pumps and vertical grouting pumps as well as of triplex pumps for grouting and flush water for drilling works, includes also High-speed mixers for colloidal grout, agitators and complete Grouting Units consisting on a full set of machines such as: Pump, High-speed Mixer, Agitator and electric panel with grouting data instrument (on request). All machines are on a rugged steel frame and on rubber tyres (on request) for inside works displacement.

Main applications of our grouting production are: Rock grouting high pressure – Tiebacks – Soil anchors – Tubes manchettes – Soil compaction – Cable bolts – Building restoration – Water proofing – Dams foundations (Civil Engineering, Foundation Works, Constructions, Geotechnical etc.) and for all specialized works where the technical project is aiming to increase the ground improvement and ground stabilization. The actual wide range of production either of grouting pumps than triplex pumps and high-speed mixers and agitators, covers the intire requiring of specialized contractors.

Owing to our manufacturing programme our "Drilling and coring machines" production has been reduced to the construction of only two models which are in connection with our grouting world: model MINIRAP-X and RAP/0. Their features are mainly relating to grouting works such as Micropiles, grouting holes in rocks, masonry, restoration works, core sampling.

Such Drills are easy to handle, can be easily disassembled for transport and can work in small and difficult areas.
