Manual Mixing/Injection Unit mod. MSC - Manual Mixing/Injection Unit mod. MS - Manual-electric Mixing/Injection Unit mod. MSE

Clivio Mixing/Injection Units Mod. MS, MSC and MSE are composed of n.01 Simplex manual pump and n.01 mixer.
The pump is manually driven, plunger type, with a special cast iron body, spherical steel valves and flat treated steel valve seats. The suction of the pump is connected to the mixing tank with a 1 ¼ "connection; the output diameter is 1 ".

The mixer consists of a sheet steel tank with a reinforced bottom. The MS and MSC models have manual mixing and the shafts are supported by bushings and ball bearings; in the mod. MS gears are enclosed in a special cast aluminum box. In the mod. MSE the mixer is driven by a single-phase or three-phase electric reduction gear.

The double blades and the breakwaters ensure a good mixing of the admixtures.

For the easy movement of the Mixing / Injection Unit, the tank is equipped with two rubber wheels and two handle handles. During the working phases the machine is stabilized on 3 steel feet.
Our Mixing / Injection Units modd. MS, MSC and MSE are particularly suitable for small low pressure injection jobs where a particularly sensitive pressure and flow control is required, such as:
- Existing walls consolidation and restorig
- Stitching of walls and underpinnings
- Injections of prestressed structures
- Waterproofing with fluid cement or special admixtures
- Hydraulic tests

The injectable admixtures are the classic "cement admixtures" for injections even with the addition of small quantities of very fine sand.
