Vertical Grout Pumps

Vertical Grout Pumps modd. DP/OL-4 e DP/OL-7

The vertical grout pumps mod. DP / OL-4 and DP / OL-7 are vertical pumps designed also for modular assembly. Lightweight, compact and easy to use both in confined spaces and in places that are difficult to access, they can solve in the best way even the most difficult operating situations. These pumps can be used as simple grout pump for injections, filling pumps or transferring pumps for micropiles, tie rods, anchors, etc.

The DP/OL-4 and DP/OL-7 grout pumps, in the 'RG' version, are equipped with a special distributor that allows the use for injections with "sleeve grout breaking". In this case two pairs of values are pre-set: max flow, with low pressure (LP) and max pressure (HP) with minimum flow (sleeve grout breaking). The switching from AP to BP can be done manually, using a selector in the DP/OL-4RGM and DP/OL-7RGM versions, or automatically by means of appropriate predetermined stroke-counters in the DP/OL-4RGA and DP/OL-7RGA versions.
